Biography: Nuria Farran (Cervera, Lleida 1998) earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Barcelona in 2020 and her Master of Science in Translational Medicine-MSc from the University of Barcelona in 2021. She is currently enrolled in the Official Master in Translational Medicine-MSc from the University of Barcelona. She conducted predoctoral research at the Laboratory of Developmental Biology and Genomics of the Department of Genetics at the University of Barcelona. She also has a high level achievement in English, having obtained the Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge (2018). Nuria joined the Mercedes Fernandez Lab in November 2020 to gain work experience and professional development and to perform her scientific research project and Master’s Thesis. She has earned the Official Certificate in Training on Experimental Animal Use and Design of Research Projects of the University of Barcelona (2021) and the Master of Science in Translational Medicine-MSc from the University of Barcelona in June 2021.
